An attorney representing Amazon is calling for accountability following the deadly 18-vehicle crash on Interstate 35 in March, as legal proceedings unfold invol

In a legal response to a wrongful death lawsuit filed by the family of David Belter, who was killed in an 18-vehicle pileup on I-35 in December 2021, Amazon and ZBN Transport have denied liability and challenged the allegations made against them. The companies assert that the claims against them are "vague and ambiguous" and that they had no control over the actions of the truck driver involved in the crash.
