iACE Launches Global iPGP Programme for Automotive Talent, Offering Direct Job Opportunities in Germany

The International Automobile Centre of Excellence (IACE) has launched the Global International Professional Graduate Program (IPGP) aimed at enhancing the skills of automotive professionals and providing them with direct job opportunities in Germany. The program, developed in collaboration with German automotive industry partners, offers a comprehensive curriculum that includes technical training, language courses, and cultural integration. Participants will undergo a six-month training period in India followed by a six-month stint in Germany, culminating in job placements with leading German automotive companies. This initiative not only addresses the global shortage of skilled automotive talent but also opens up international career pathways for Indian professionals.
