The Spokane nonprofit, Spokane Community Against Racism (SCAR), is actively seeking community input to establish new eco-friendly carshare hubs in Spokane, Washington. The initiative aims to reduce carbon emissions and promote sustainable transportation options within the community. SCAR is collaborating with local organizations and residents to identify ideal locations for these hubs, which will feature electric and hybrid vehicles.
