On June 26, 2024, a tragic accident occurred in Jalgaon, Maharashtra, when a speeding state transport bus experienced a brake failure and collided with two motorcycles, resulting in the deaths of two individuals. The incident took place near a bus depot in the Adavad area. The victims were identified as a 55-year-old man and a 35-year-old woman. Following the accident, the bus driver and conductor were detained by the police, who have initiated an investigation into the incident.
