Transportation officials in Kentucky are warning teenagers and their parents about a significant issue with learner's permits, as reported by WDRB on October 12, 2023. The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) has identified that some teens are receiving learner's permits with incorrect information, such as the wrong date of birth or gender, due to errors during the application process.
