Grote Industries and Amerit Fleet Solutions have recently appointed new leaders to enhance their operational excellence. Grote Industries welcomed Dominic Grote as the new president and COO, succeeding his father, John Grote, who will continue as CEO and chairman. Dominic, previously the executive VP of sales and marketing, aims to drive the company's growth and innovation. Meanwhile, Amerit Fleet Solutions appointed Mike Burcham as the new COO, who will focus on improving operational efficiencies and customer service.
