PlugnRide Motors has launched an indigenous high-speed electric two-wheeler, marking a significant advancement in India's electric vehicle (EV) industry. The launch event, held in New Delhi, was attended by notable figures including Union Minister of State for Heavy Industries, Krishan Pal Gurjar, and Union Minister of State for Commerce and Industry, Som Parkash. The new electric scooter, named "PlugnRide," aims to offer a blend of performance, affordability, and environmental sustainability. It features a top speed of 80 km/h and a range of 120 km on a single charge, positioning it as a competitive option in the market. The scooter also incorporates advanced technology like IoT connectivity for real-time diagnostics and performance tracking. This initiative not only supports the 'Make in India' campaign but also aligns with the government's push towards reducing carbon emissions and promoting green mobility.
