Fundraising campaign set up for family of nine-year-old killed in Boxing Day crash

A fundraising campaign has been initiated to support the family of nine-year-old Azaan, who tragically died in a multi-vehicle crash on Boxing Day in Brampton, Ontario. The accident occurred at the intersection of Hurontario Street and Petworth Road, involving a total of six vehicles. Azaan was a passenger in one of the vehicles and was pronounced dead at the scene. His mother and sister, who were also in the car, sustained serious injuries and were hospitalized. The campaign, organized by a family friend, aims to help cover funeral expenses and support the family during this difficult time. The community has shown an outpouring of support, with many expressing their condolences and contributing to the fundraiser. The police are still investigating the cause of the crash.
