Stellantis Italian plants to increase output from 2026, Europe's chief says

Stellantis plans to increase production at its Italian plants by 2026, aiming to produce 1 million vehicles annually, up from the current 750,000, according to the company's Europe chief, Uwe Hochgeschurtz. This expansion includes the production of a new model at the Melfi plant starting in 2026, alongside the launch of a new Alfa Romeo model in 2025 and a new Jeep model in 2026.
