This paradox highlights a gap between production capacity and distribution efficiency.
While the electrical grid is not entirely immune to the pressures facing the country's infrastructure, it has proven to be more resilient than the liquid fuel pipeline and trucking network. Charging an EV at home or via public charging stations—which have seen a gradual increase in installation—provides a level of reliability that the petrol station can no longer guarantee.
