The toy, called "Bad Spaniels," parodies Jack Daniel's branding with humorous, dog-related alterations. Jack Daniel's argues that the toy infringes on their trademark, potentially confusing consumers and diluting their brand's distinctiveness. Conversely, VIP Products contends that their product is a parody protected under the First Amendment.
