TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Jan. 15, 2009) - Toxin Alert Inc. (TSX VENTURE:TOX) reported today that it completed its previously announced private placement. The second tranche was for 150,000 units and raised gross proceeds of $15,000.
Toxin Alert Inc. also announced that it filed its overdue financial statements for fiscal year 2008 which ended June 30, 2008, and also filed the financial statements for the first quarter of fiscal year 2008 ended September 30, 2008.
